The APS is not built around club auctions and exchange sheets.

We run interesting and diverse displays, even of material that is work in progress, but not yet ready for that international gold!  In so doing we can help each other build a better display.

With a change in emphasis for our programme, we encourage collectors to dig material out of their shoe boxes and onto display pages.  Even if this is only pencilled up pending more research.

Members thus see new non-traditional collecting fields, while they are being assembled.

While many displays centre on postal history, this discipline is only one of many in which members are interested.

We invite APS members, whom we rarely or never have seen, to come along and participate in these new style evenings.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are available after the meeting to assist bonhomie.
