Frequently Asked Questions / I’ve forgotten my password – how do I reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the Lost Password menu item in the menu at the top of the page on the right hand side.

Please note: You do NOT need to enter your web site Username to reset your password – you can reset your password by simply entering your email address.
